Our History.

The history on the track we are currently using. In the early 60’s it was Silverline speedway stock car oval. I used to work the races with the boy scouts selling pop to raise money for scout camping trips That was 1966-1967 when that ended and then I never went to pit there for 5 years until 1972 when i got my first bike. Been riding out in that area ever since. Started racing in 1975 and got the first MX club going in 1977. It went pretty steady from then until now. After I got it started Ray Vangen took over for a few years, then Darwin Johnsgard took over and it was rejuvenated to its current state. The city removed us from the land in the late 90’s so I took the mayor out to see where we were and they gave us the land back as long as we would try to manage it.
